I’m fortunate to call you a close friend .... and therefore often benefit from your keen observation of how I’m holding my body when we walk. With just a few changes in my stance you suggested, I now walk with more ease and have more stamina. There’s much more to say about how you listen and reflect back. It’s life changing. YES to all that you have shared here. I have been exploring Embodied Reception, learning through the plant teacher Mugwort. So much of what she has gifted me through my listening is the importance of restoring our psychic awareness, our primal sensory ability. To deepen our intimacy with the Wholeness of our experience. Beautiful. I believe we are remembering, and Nature is our elder, leading the way.
